This policy applies to visitors of the Site and anyone who submits the contact form. It does not cover data we may process on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement — that is governed by the terms of the specific engagement.

Contact form submissions are visible only to authorized Ismora staff, through an internal admin panel protected by authentication.
We use the following third-party service providers to run the Site, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase (database hosting) — stores contact form submissions and site content;
- Render (backend application hosting);
- Vercel (frontend/website hosting).
We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterward for our internal records, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.
6. How we protect it
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers, access-controlled admin systems, and hosting infrastructure from reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.
